Biotrofi was born from passion and inspiration — rooted in the kitchens of our grandmothers, in the markets of Cyprus, and in the fields and seas that provide the island's richest ingredients.

We grew up surrounded by producers who knew their craft and by traditions where food was more than sustenance — it was culture, care, and connection.

From these origins, we've encapsulated the essence of Mediterranean gastronomy and elevated it with refined techniques drawn from the world's great culinary schools and Michelin-starred kitchens.
